Yes. The Model #42 and Model #41 are designed to mount around a customer’s existing conveyor unless McBrady supplies the conveyor. The Model #42 can use air, water, sanitiser, chemicals, or combinations of these media. The Model #41 is a wash, rinse, and dry tunnel for filled and capped vials and ampoules, with a low-pressure wash and rinse intended to keep the cap area dry. Chemical compatibility, water quality, drainage, residue limits, and sanitation requirements should be reviewed for the specific product and facility.

Choose the Model #42 for bottles, cans, and general containers requiring exterior rinsing and drying. Choose the Model #41 for filled and capped vials or ampoules, particularly where vial-specific guidance, selectable passes, and cap-area protection are important.
